Love the little RaZ! - Aug 26, 2010
Our poor Little One (LO) has had a really rough time with the teething. Lots of pain, drooling, waking in the night, and refusing feedings... and he's only 5 months old. (We've only just begun...) So, we've tried everything that's been suggested to us and divided them into WIN and FAIL categories. The RaZ-berry teether is a definite WIN, and is LO's second favorite teether behind Sophie the Giraffe and one ahead of a washcloth-wrapped ice cube. It's rubbery and squishy, but firm enough to provide resistance on the gums. It's also easy for him to grab and hold with his "paws" as he learns to control the digits. I saw the review about one falling apart; I took note but didn't see anything that would cause this helicopter mom any concern; it looks pretty sturdy. But we'll be sure to examine it before we ever give it to him, like we do most toys. I recommend!
good idea but too big for baby's mouth - Aug 24, 2010
I thought this was a great idea, my kids are always chewing up their pacifiers. This product is sturdy and has a great design, but the "berry" part is too big to fit in baby's mouth, and she's 1 now! She doesn't seem to grasp the concept this is for chewing, not a pacifier. She tries to put it in her mouth and its really big so she just drops it.
Confusing at first, but loves in the end - Aug 23, 2010
Our little boy just cut his first tooth and the second one is on the way! At first he was very grossed out and confused by the teether, but once he figured out that it helped his little gums he likes it. Oddly enough he enjoys chewing on the leaf part of the teether more so than the actual berry part. Possibly because the berry part is still a bit too big for his little mouth (he is 7 months old). The leaves are very soft as is the handle. I would recommend this product, but will say it takes some getting use to for the baby/toddler.
Good for 'older' teethers - Aug 23, 2010
I bought this for my 3 1/2 month old that started teething early. She does like it but it's a little big for her mouth. I think she'll use it often as she gets a little older.
Razbaby - Aug 23, 2010
My 4 month old seems to love this, it is one of the only things she doesn't drop right after she picks it up. She loves chewing on it, I can't tell if she is actually teething yet, but she is much happier when she has it to chew on when she is in the mood o chew on things.
Amazing teether - Aug 23, 2010
I bought this for my 6 month old who is teething horribly. He absolutely loves it. It's flexible and soft, but rugged enough to help sooth the gums. The trick is keeping it away from my 19 month old who is working on her 2 year molars. She loves it just as much as he does. So I may have to spring for another one. Definitely worth the purchase!
Great Teether! - Aug 21, 2010
After buying several teething toys I finally bought the RaZ-berry Teether for my 4-month-old daughter. She has been teething for a few weeks and was unable to hold onto the bigger, thicker teething toys. The RaZ-berry Teether is just the right size and shape for her little hands to be able to hold onto. This has been very comforting to her and to me and I am so glad I got it. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to calm their frustrated teething baby!
awesome binky!!!! - Aug 18, 2010
my little man loves this binky!! he loves eating the leaves and chewing on the raspberry part!! its a great teether! we've had no problems with it! i would buy it as a baby gift for friends/family!!! :)
Great! - Aug 11, 2010
My baby loves it from the first day of use. I have bought a lot of different kind teether, but none of them were used. This one is great. I recommend it.
not a fan - Aug 05, 2010
this binky shaped teether did not go over well at all. she just kept trying to suck on it and would get frustrated when she couldnt. it also is not very durable. i wouldnt buy this again.
cool teether - Jul 30, 2010
My 4 month old loves the texture of this teether, but it's too big for her mouth. She won't suck on pacifiers. Instead she wants to chew them, so I thought this would be great. It's just too big and she gags.
I like the concept though. Maybe when she's a little older.
best teether! - Jul 28, 2010
This is my son's favorite teether. He is four months and gnaws on everything. This teether is great because he can hold onto the handle and get it into his mouth himself. And it doesn't matter if he doesn't get the raspberry part in, the "leaves" are just as good for chewing on as far as he is concerned! We have a few of these and keep them in the fridge. I was worried my son wouldn't take to this because he is not into paficiers, but this is by far his favorite thing to chew on.
Even better frozen, must have for teething babies!! - Jul 27, 2010
A must have! My 6 month old son can easily put his thumb in the handle and hold on to it. He also loves it freezing cold!
Too large for little baby mouths - Jul 25, 2010
I thought this would be a great product for my daughter but it's HUGE! It's even large for my adult-sized mouth and my daughter had to strain to use it. I would not recommend this product.
Great teether, if your baby likes teethers - Jul 13, 2010
I had my last two babies very close together and my first which was a boy wasnt so crazy over it as he thought it was a pacifier and would try to suck on it...he actually preferred to chew down on his pacifier, go figure. So I saved this raz-berry teether for my next baby which is a girl and she loves it! She's six mos old now and I see her first 2 bottom teeth coming through and this has been such a big help. I can sometimes see her very k'vetchy (restless) and I give her this and she just goes crazy on it, best part she can chew it all over including the leafy sides and handle, which provides different textures. I dont know if this is the best teether out there but its definately one of the very best.
Just okay. - Jul 11, 2010
We bought this along with a teething ring when our son starting cutting his first teeth. His grandmother had given him a Sophie and that is by far his favorite chew toy. He favors the teething ring next and practically ignores the razberry. I would personally recommend Sophie Le Giraffe over the Razberry because it has a bunch of nubs (horns, ears, legs) for the baby to hold onto and chew, it squeaks and our son prefers it best. However, every baby is different with different preferences.
My Daughter Loves This Teether! - Jun 26, 2010
I purchased this when I was pregnant with my 2nd child. When she started to teeth she didn't care for this that much but now that she is almost 5 months old she can't get enough of it. She can easily hold it and she loves the nubby part. She gums on it and easily moves it to other parts of her mouth. She makes cute little cooing noises when she uses it so I know she feels some relief. I highly recommend it to others with teething babies.
great teether - Jun 25, 2010
My grandson just loves this teether. It is soft enough all the way around but still bumby enoungh to help with the teething.
razberry teether - Jun 12, 2010
Great product for teethers. My baby liked the color and that she can put in her mouth and chew on it.
We love this teether - Jun 12, 2010
My 9 month old son loves this teether.
I agree that it would be better if it were all one piece, but ours looks secure. I check it every so often to be sure that there are no cracks in the glue. Even with the rough treatment my son gives it, it's holding up really well.
Sterilize or not? - May 31, 2010
i'm not certain whether this should be sterilized like a pacifier or treated as a toy. Instructions did not state. reckon she'll be able to chew on the entire thing (which is what se's attempting to do with her existing ones) and so i got it.
GREAT teether - May 25, 2010
I love this teether. It did not come apart on me, and my daughter likes to bite and pull hard. She would just bite on this thing for forever. The funny thing is that she also liked to bit the handle part too. I would recommend this product to anyone, and I have given it as a gift.
wow. it's so great. baby loves it. - May 22, 2010
my baby is 6 mo. old, and he already has 2 bottom teeth. He doesn't always want to bite this ( he is more interested in remote controller,) but when he does he would go crazy with it. he just love this teether. the texture is very nice and easy for him to chew. It's so easy for him to hold too. make it easy for me because I don't have to keep picking the teether up from the floor. recommend every mom to get this product because all the babies go through teething.
Great teether - May 10, 2010
Great teether that really soothes. My Baby loves it and i really recommend it to new moms out there!
Good teether - May 05, 2010
My son likes this teether. It is a little big for his mouth (he is 6 months old), so it doesn't stay in his mouth for real long periods of time, but he does seem to like it. The larger loop (handle) on the teether is nice for him, too.
